Three Tips
A friend reached out to me and asked how she might find meaning and purpose in what, for her, were such discouraging times. I gave her three tips, which I also offer myself:

- Collect Scraps of Light from Daily Life. Pay attention to moments of beauty, kindness, and insight, however small. Know that the whole of the universe is present in each moment.
- Add Scraps of Your Own Wherever Possible. Contribute to the light in ways that feel natural to you—through kindness, creativity, or simply being present.
- Know That You’re Building a Cathedral. Even the smallest acts, when woven together, create something greater than we can see in the moment.
