We like life.
We want to live with respect and care for the community of life and have some fun along the way.
We know that there is terrible tragedy in life and we don't want to hide from it.
We also believe that there is a beauty in life that is never quite eclipsed by the tragedy.
We want to face the tragedy with courage and be faithful to the beauty, trusting in the availabilty of fresh possibilities.
We believe in open horizons.
We are writers and artists from different generations and traditions, and from different parts of the world, sharing ideas about:
art, music, spirituality, politics, religion, cosmology, philosophy, theopoetics, science, social justice, peacemaking, and hopes for a beautiful planet.
Some of the pages are short, some long, some scholarly, some popular, some expository, some poetic. We hope there's a little something for everybody.
Along the way we are introducing and exploring an open and relational (process) outlook on life and way of living in the world.
We write for people who are religious, non-religious, and anywhere in between.
