"God is Present Now"
Coaching Track in a Process Way
The essay below was originally published in Open and Relational Leadership: Leading with Love. Essays from this book also appear in the website for the Center for Open and Relational Theology. The Center for Open and Relational Theology is not limited to process theology, but process theology is indeed one kind of open and relational theology. Craig Morton, author of the essay, identifies with open and relational theology and its idea that God is lovingly present in human life in an empowering way but not a 'controlling.' way. His ideas and sensitivities illustrate and deepen a process understanding of coaching track and, for that matter, coaching in general.
